Pre-feasibility decisions that can be traced and replayed
Screen one candidate site or first-phase load block before expensive engineering begins. Every number keeps its unit, formula and evidence status. Missing utility, tariff, land, water, fibre and vendor facts stay missing until an authorised source confirms them.
Four questions the screen is built to answer
A useful pre-feasibility result narrows the next decision. It does not create false certainty.
Can this site support the load?
Grid capacity, delivery date, land, water, fibre and permit timing are tested against the agreed launch gate.
Which direction is worth engineering?
Economical, base, resilient and AI/HPC directions are compared on one load basis.
What changes the answer?
High-sensitivity inputs and stop factors are ranked so evidence work follows decision impact.
What must be confirmed next?
Each unresolved fact names the required document, owner and effect on the decision.
A value is only as strong as its status
The model separates authorised facts from benchmarks and assumptions. It never promotes missing data into a verified project input.
| Status | Meaning | How it appears in the memo |
|---|---|---|
| document | Current authorised document or quotation. | File, date, page and validity recorded. |
| buyer | Explicitly confirmed by the named decision owner. | Author and confirmation date recorded. |
| benchmark | Industry reference, not a site fact. | Range and sensitivity only. |
| assumption | Temporary input used to continue the screen. | Visible in the assumption register. |
| missing | A decision-critical value has no evidence. | Blocker or explicit sensitivity. |
| conflict | Authorised sources disagree. | Held until the conflict is resolved. |
What the buyer receives
Evidence register
58 inputs with source, status, owner and date.
Scenario comparison
Four architecture directions on one load basis.
Stop-factor brief
Blockers and sensitivities ranked by decision impact.
Bounded memo
A proceed / hold / reject result with the next evidence gate.
Model snapshot
Replayable inputs, version and traceable output rows.
Review session
A 60-minute replay with one decision owner and reviewer.
Start with one narrow readiness screen
The price applies only to the bounded pilot below and becomes binding only through a written scope accepted by both parties.
One candidate site or one first-phase IT-load block between 100 kW and 5 MW.
- Target: five working days after signed scope, minimum input pack and cleared mobilisation payment
- Proposed payment: 50% mobilisation, 50% before final memo and snapshot release
- A clean proceed, hold or reject result can each satisfy acceptance
What the screen does not provide
- No working drawings, BIM/IFC, detailed electrical, hydraulic or protection design.
- No utility capacity, tariff, land, water, fibre, vendor or schedule guarantee.
- No permit, procurement decision, uptime promise, Tier certification or regulatory approval.
- No licensed survey, fire or industrial-safety sign-off, engineering certification or construction supervision.
Qualified specialists must review the project before any investment, design, procurement or construction decision. Any expert validation applies only to the sections explicitly included in a written scope.
Bring one decision, not an entire project
Send the intended IT load, location and the decision that must be made. The first reply will identify the three evidence items needed before the rest.
